Contest rules

Prizes to be won: We'll make your dream solid wood furniture come true at cost price! You only pay for the materials to complete your project at cost price, we take care of the labor!

The project must be a piece of furniture such as a dining table, work desk, coffee table, bookcase, living room furniture, bed, sideboard, etc. We only make solid wood furniture so no stone or veneer. If it's a table, we can make the legs in wood but we also offer the possibility of making the base in steel. 

The production of your project will be filmed and you will be able to see all the stages of the realization of your project! 

Start date : December 26, 2022 at 10 a.m.

End date : January 16, 2023 at 8 p.m.

    • The final draw will take place on January 17, 2023 at 10 a.m.
    • The winner will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram platforms
    • We will contact the winner via Facebook & Instagram

 

Participants : The contest takes place in Quebec and only residents of Quebec will be able to participate.

 

  1. the conditions of participation in the contest;
  • To enter the competition, you must:
    • Comment on the publication related to the contest by naming the name of at least one other Facebook / Instagram account with an @ which designates a person. 
    • Be prepared to shell out material costs at cost if you win.
    • If you are an existing customer with a pending order and you win, we will credit you for the amount of labor to complete your order.

  • The participant obtains a chance to win for each account where he fulfills the statements in point 1.

    • You pay for the materials at cost and we cover everything else, for a maximum value of $2,000 in labor, or the equivalent of 50 hours.
    • Valid for one item only.
    • The item must be mostly solid wood furniture, no veneer or stone. 
    • The item can be picked up for free at the workshop or we can deliver it to you at cost price. 
    • We can have the furniture delivered anywhere in Quebec.

  • Method: The winner will have a maximum of 30 days to respond to us in order to validate the project. The project will be tailor-made during the summer of 2023 and the delivery date will be determined with the winner.

  1. the mention that, in any case, at least the persons specified in article 12 must be excluded;
  • Owners and associates of Atelier Arbor are not eligible to enter the contest. 
  1. “A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping to reach a settlement. »;
The contest, worth $2,000, has been registered with the RACJ and the taxes have been paid.
