Shipping policy

Our workshop is located in Saint-Lin Laurentides, in Lanaudière (45 minutes north of Montreal). The choice of carrier is made according to the destination of the shipment.

 

Furniture and lighting: We prefer to pick up directly at the workshop due to the weight of certain items. However, we can also deliver if necessary, the applicable fees will be calculated automatically or we can send you a personalized quote via email. Local delivery is possible, charges apply depending on the item.

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours of ordering if the item is in stock. If it is a custom-made item, we will make arrangements with you for delivery or pick-up at our workshop. There may be several weeks of delays before your order is produced, contact us to find out more.

Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the format of certain products. You will be able to follow the journey of each package by tracking number.

Custom tables: Pickup at the workshop is free, we will contact you when your table is ready for pickup. We can deliver the table anywhere in Quebec and even anywhere in Canada. Fees may vary depending on your location, weight and dimensions of the table, please contact us for a quote. We ask that someone on site can help transport the table inside your home.
